On 19th January we had our regularly monthly meeting with doulas @mamam.uk

Alina @alina_doula_london and Vera @holisticspace.vera talked about doula’s role during labour and birth and shared the details of what we take to birth with us in our “magic bag”.

Our pregnant participants actively asked questions in a lively and warm atmosphere during tasty lunch. And one new mama, who gave birth with the doula from our project, also shared her experience whilst we admired her lovely baby daughter.
